In order to successfully carry out this transformation, we believe we need a new job description, the “tennis coach of the future” with a dual function: coach on the court and racket sports manager in the club or in a commercial facility.

In our eyes, volunteerism is not dying out, but it needs great support. It can be seen everywhere that succession for honorary tennis club board members is difficult to ensure. However, we can imagine that purely representative tasks can be carried out by the president or control tasks by the financial board and advisory board, if the mainly operational tasks are taken over by club managers.
